Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the wallet in its original gift box and protective dust bag, ensuring all tags are still attached to maintain eligibility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return mailer.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned leather for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
